We invite you to join us for the Iron River Area Chamber of Commerce Vendor Fair in Iron River, Wisconsin.
You may set up on Thursday afternoon at no additional charge. The Vendor Fair is in a highly visible location along US Hwy 2 on the west end of town. Hours are Friday July 24 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The Chamber has successfully hosted the Vendor Fair since 2004. Numerous vendors return year after year because they recognize the value it brings to their business. You can count on the Chamber to promote the fair through our mobile friendly website, events calendar, Facebook, weekly radio Chamber Chats, and other advertising venues. We work with you to do all we can to make this a great event!
Registration and payment may be completed below or you may print & fill out a 2021 Vendor Fair Registration Form. Feel free to share this information with your vendor friends.
COVID-19 Guidelines will be available here, and also sent to you with your final packet.

LIABILITY RELEASE: I shall indemnify and hold the Iron River Area Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Iron River, organizations, and organizers harmless from liability for injury or damage to anyone or any property arising out of my participation in the Vendor Fair. I assume all risk for my participation. I understand that I am responsible for liability within my space, as well as loss, theft, or damage.
FOOD VENDOR NOTICE!!!
Food Vendors must meet all licensing and permit requirements as determined by Bayfield County and/or the State of Wisconsin before entering the vendor grounds. Food vendors are required to have a temporary food vendor license by the Bayfield County Health Department and a seller’s permit issued by the State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Contact Bayfield County Health Department at 715-373-6019 to initiate a license request. The health inspector will be at the vendor fair to check for licenses and the condition of food prep sites. Vendors found to be without the required licenses and/or those who do not meet the requirements will be required to leave. Vendors are to provide all equipment.IMPORTANT: Spaces will be reserved with completed, signed, and paid registrations. No refunds. Vendor set up 3-5 p.m. on Friday and before 9 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Vehicles are not allowed in the spaces after merchandise is unloaded. Portable toilets, garbage cans provided. Vendors are responsible to keep the vendor and dumpster area clean during and after the event. No pets allowed. It is understood that the Chamber reserves the right to assign vendors where it deems necessary. Spaces are assigned prior to the event. Vendor assignments will be marked out and staked with identification. A map of assignments and space number will be emailed the week of the event.
